The key to transparent thermal insulation coatings is to find nano-semiconductor materials with selective permeability to sunlight. Among them, nano-ATO tin oxide antimony has good visible light transmittance and infrared barrier properties, and is an ideal thermal insulation material. It can be applied to glass (building curtain wall glass, automotive window glass lamp occasions), coatings, coatings, polymer membranes, electronics and other fields. While ensuring sufficient visible light transmission, the solar heat radiation is blocked to a greater extent. A certain amount of nano-ATO powder and 1.5% silane coupling agent of ATO were weighed, added to a certain amount of 95% ethanol, dispersed by ultrasonic for 40 min, then transferred to a bottle with a reflux device for 4 hours, and vacuum dried at 80 ° C. Add deionized water, dispersant, wetting agent and thickener to the sanding and stirring disperser, stir evenly, add the treated nano ATO, high speed disperse sanding for 6-8h, adjust the pH to 7.5-8.0, and obtain Nano ATO slurry. The film-forming material and the nano-ATO slurry are stirred and mixed, and then an antifoaming agent, a leveling agent, a bactericide, a pH adjuster, and agitation and mixing are added to prepare a transparent heat-insulating paint.


Silicone nano-ATO heat-insulating transparent coating prepared by adding silicone as a film-forming agent and ethanol as solvent. The coating film has good adhesion to glass. Nano-ATO two-component waterborne polyurethane heat-insulating transparent coating was prepared by adding two-component water-based polyurethane as a film-forming agent, adding nano-tin-oxide (ATO) and using distilled water as solvent. The prepared coating was coated on glass to test the transmittance in the visible light region and the infrared light region and the influence on the heat insulating performance, and the effects of different curing processes on the mechanical properties of the coating were compared. The results show that the nano-ATO transparent thermal insulation coating has good adhesion to glass, the temperature difference can reach 7.3 °C, and the visible light transmittance is 85%. Jinhua tempered glass has good thermal insulation effect and sufficient transparency in visible light. The energy saving effect is remarkable.
